API TRADER CONSULTING AND SERVICES-Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform.
- Cancellations: Requests will only be considered if made within 2 days of placing the order. Cancellations may not be entertained if the shipping process has already been initiated.
- Perishable Items: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items (flowers, eatables, etc.) unless the quality is established to be poor.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Please report these to our customer service team within 2 days of receipt. The merchant will check and determine the defect at their end.
- Expectation Mismatch: If a product is not as shown on the site, notify customer service within 2 days of receipt for an appropriate decision.
- Refund Timeline: For any approved refunds, it will take 5 days for the refund to be processed to you.
